Hi Johannes,
Right-click on the Blu-ray video title in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Post that here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Also, what happens when you try to stream the Blu-ray video to your TV? Error message? Stuttering? Let us know so we know exactly what problem you are having.

Hi Johannes,
Thanks for the information. Try this:
- Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click Properties.
- On the Properties dialog, go to the Transcoding tab.
- Click the 'Use Original File' button and select your TV from the list and click OK. This tells Mezzmo to stream the original file directly to your TV and not to transcode the file.
- Start your Mezzmo serve and try streaming the video now. Mezzmo will stream it directly to your TV without any transcoding. If it plays this time, then it tells us the your TV can play this format well and we can tweak the device profile accordingly. Let us know how it goes.
- If the video does not play, then we know that your TV cannot play this format natively and we must transcode it. Go back to the Properties dialog for the video and delete all transcoded files on the Transcoding tab (including the 'Original file' entry).
- Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now try streaming the video on your TV. When it fails to play, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

We'll need to see a set if logs. Go back to the Properties dialog for the video and delete all transcoded files on the Transcoding tab (including the 'Original file' entry). Hi Johannes,
Thanks for the logs. Right-click on the video and click 'Pre-transcode Files'. On the Pre-transcode Files dialog, select your TV and click 'Choose Formats'. On the Pre-transcoding Formats dialog, select the bolded format and click OK. Click OK to start transcoding. Go to the Transcoding pane and wait until transcoding has completed. If transcoding fails, then click on the Failed text and email the FFmpeg output to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. If transcoding completes fine, then try streaming the video now. Let us now how you go.

Hi Paul,
my two samsung (Typ E and H) are now working with DVD and BR ISOs. There is just a little problem left. I have an old Sharp HD TV with no smart functions. On this TV I am using a chromecast stick. I managed to get the DVD ISO on the screen but not in HD 1080/1920 resolution and aspect ratio is not correct. I am using the standard chromcast profile. What am I doing wrong? BRD ISO don't work at all. (youTube through my Android tablet works fine)
Johannes
Hi Johannes,
Glad your Samsung TVs are working well now . For your Chromecast dongle, make sure the device profile for this device is set to 'Google Chromecast' in the Media Devices dialog. Also, when you pre-transcode files, you can adjust/fix the aspect ratio to accommodate any aspect ratio issues that you see onscreen. See this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...or-your-videos.
