sony bdp s370 - music and photo problem.

Hi,

I wonder if there is a problem with the Sony bdp profile in the latest 2.1.12 build? I have a Sony bdp s370 that was working fine using the Sony bdp pal device profile in mezzmo in the 2.1.11 build. I could watch video, play music and look at my pictures OK. Now I have the 2.1.12 build, I can only watch video. When I try to play music (mp3 and flac) or look at photos (jpg) I get the message 'there is no playable file'. I have transcoding on, and this all worked a short while back. In terms of the video, the transcoding is working fine. To be honest, I had not tried the music and photos for a few weeks before I upgraded, so could just be a coincidence?

Hi,

The first thing to check is whether you are in the correct mode on your BDP's XMB, as you have to be in Music mode to see music, in Photo mode to see photos, etc... If you are and there're still no files, please check in the Media Devices dialog that the correct profile is still selected. If that's also the case, then please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging), browse one of the folders that should have files, but they don't show up, stop the server and send in the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com
