Thumbnails should be displayed on your Samsung E-series TV. We'll need to take a look at a set of logs to see what's going wrong. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Set your device profile for your TV to 'Samsung E'. Then, connect to Mezzmo using your TV and browse to a folder/playlist that should display thumbnails for the files displayed. When no thumbnails are displayed, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
