    Yes. I'm watching the file now. Once it finished transcoding, it worked fine.

    OK - that's good news. It tells us that the device profile is OK and transcoding is working OK. So, it sounds like there is another problem with your setup. Please turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Now try to play some videos. When you come across one that does not play, then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. In your email, let us know what video did not play OK, and we'll be able to track down what is going wrong on your setup.
