Check the device profile in the Media devices dialog. Your Xbox should be using the 'Microsoft Xbox 360' device profile. Restart your Mezzmo server after making any changes.
If still no success, then send us a set of logs and we'll see what may be going wrong. Please turn on logging (see
http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. On your Xbox, go to the video player app and all the media servers will be listed. When you don't see Mezzmo (or cannot progress when selecting it if it is listed), then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
